Minutes of Niagara Rises Meeting

Frank opened the meeting by recapping some of the developments regarding Niagara Homecoming that have happened over the past month. He noted that there have been meetings concerning a new top-tier sponsor of the event.

It was also announced that Beeton Bicycle (Cataract Safe and Lock) will be celebrating its 100-year anniversary and they want to hold a special children’s bike parade as part of Niagara Homecoming.

Frank let everyone know of his meeting with Dave Taylor from NU and of the plans to work together with the college in hopes of keeping more grads here once they get their sheepskin.

  1. What an awsome weekend this is going to be! I think it is wonderful that for once, Buffalo AND Niagara Falls can partner in an event that will benefit BOTH areas. I’m also really excited about being a part of the planning of this weekend. See you all at the happy hour!!!
